NPC Visual Transfer Tool, but for Fallout 4

As the title says, I've yet to find or see a way to make skyrim's https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64875/ work on fallout 4 or a mod that does the similar function of taking an npc's appearance and giving it to another along with the option of taking the source npc out of the game so the target npc is the only one in game with said appearance.

Port it to FO4 then.

Try Abduction and see if that scratches your itch. I used it for years because it makes pretty much any NPC a settler.. but that's kind of a hidden feature.

Probably not as it wouldn't know about them, aka it doesn't have their records.

Buuut.... I'm not sure with the latest version as I was using .71 and never updated because I edited the crap out of my copy

I tried and it sadly doesn't work the way I wished. I wonder how hard it'll be to find someone with the knowhow and willingness to port the mod I mentioned beforehand...
