I really don't know then, either you start disabling batches of mods, starting a new save each time until you no longer get the message, or just learn to live with it.

 

You can narrow it down to aaf related mods, as one of those is the likely suspect.

Aside from that, I have never see notifications like that, so that and family planning seems the most likely to me.

Write your own program if it bothers you so much, make your own mod.

The mod makers here have given their work to be used for free while spending hours, days, weeks fixing them and answering support thread questions, and you have the balls to come here and bitch because it does not work for a tiny percentage of users?!

The people who make these mods are getting better but they are human and they can't think of everything, if you don't like it don't use the mod!

My own mother tongue is -> German

I even "dare" to post my own blog stories in my mother tongue in a forum where "English" is the common language.

 

And I use mods with English... if I want to do a German translation -> I either have to do it myself or wait until a mod author creates a translation and makes it available for download.

 

Oh, by the way... there are far more than 1000 languages on earth and more than 10,000 regional dialects... why do you think people on this planet have adapted to a few "world languages"? -> to communicate with each other across language barriers.

 

So when users of a forum hosted in the USA point out that mod authors are in no way obliged to make their mods "language-open" - then their "racism" club completely misses the intended target

As for your problem... you have most likely installed a number of mods "in a package" - without testing them individually in detail... and now you don't know where this message comes from.

 

Sure - you can ask users here in the forum - but they are obviously just guessing.

 

My suggestion -> "revert" the mods... so either deactivate them individually and see what happens

or

reinstall the whole game step by step and test them thoroughly
