Backport conversion SMP xml file from SSE to LE

XML files don't need to be backported because...they're XML files.  XML is an extended markup language file and is not a filetype that is used exclusively by Skyrim or other games.  NIF files are NetImmerse mesh files that have different versions and formats depending on the game so they do need to be ported to the game version.

The reason it may not work as intended in LE is because HDT-SMP for LE is still something of a dumpster fire.  Some issues have been resolved by Faster SMP, but that uses a SKSE64 .dll plugin so it is not compatible with LE and the author hasn't expressed any interest in compiling it for SKSE(32).  It's very likely that whomever wrote the SMP XML file for that item did so with the functions of Faster-SMP in mind.  Even then, you can expect HDT-SMP/Faster-SMP-enabled outfits to bug out even on SE/AE occasionally which is why there are so many mods that "reset" HDT-SMP in different ways.

If it's possible, post a picture or a video of the issue, it could be another issue or sometimes you may have to edit the xml for LE...

It's not going to work without Faster-SMP since the XML was written for it.  There is no version of this for LE.

One thing that Faster-SMP does is safeguard against errors in the config written in the XML.  Without those safeguards, poorly written XMLs will produce these results with the abandoned version of hdtSkinnedMeshPhysics.dll compiled for LE.  "Converting" the XML isn't the problem, it needs to be corrected by someone who knows what they're doing and its not a simple task.

I see, thank you for the explanation!
