Boulder city CTD

Ugh, I hate posting these, but it comes down to this if I cant figure it out my self.

Basically, im at the part where I have to go in boulder city and talk with the khans, but once again, problems! Basically, once its done loading, it crashes, straight away. I tried waiting, giving a lil break for the game or what ever, because it used to work before when crashing, but that aint working no more.

EDIT: This is the weirdest shit ever, I tried entering it again and it worked. However, I would still want to know what is causing this.

Perhaps something was still running in the background and got screwed up. I don't see anything wrong with your load order on those mods that I am familar with. However are you still using some version of a mod that requires SSR. Sexout Shared Resources? If so you might decide to upgrade those mods after you finish this playthorugh. SSR has been discontinued and most mods that I am aware of have been converted to SCR. (essentially a master change in the mod. The mod is essentially the same as SCR just components removed)

 

I have had things like that happen sometimes waiting, fastravel elsewhere, reloading a previous save, or even restarting the computer or game have fixed the issue. Good news is it usually don't return or at least not quickly.
