Replacement for SL Kidnapped Redux (SE)?

So, my version of SLKR finally broke despite having a fix for it from one of the posts about it. Everything was working well until I made another playthrough, where now the values for rounds/exhaustion get completely zeroed out when I try to mess with them, making scenes not initiate and perform a "fade to black". I made a post trying to look for a fix if it was load order related, but I think I just need to find something similar instead. As resetting the mod and adjusting my LO hasn't fixed it.

You and me both. There is definitely a lack of player captivity mods that don't requires dozens of mods as requirements.

 

The closest/best I've seen next to SL Kidnapped would be Naked Defeats captivity scenario, which involves Simple Slavery. Not nearly as fleshed out. But also not nearly as bugged. 

 

Mod authors who are out there needing ideas for a mod: make us a great player captivity mod that doesn't require Devious Devices! Please.

I have both but I didn't know Naked Defeat had a captivity option? So far I've just had scenes that play out in the open without any transition, but SL KR was doing the transitions for me to closed spaces. :') Maybe there's a compatibility patch or way to use SSSEdit to fix it? I dunno, I only scraped the surface on stuff like that.

The captivity part of Naked Defeat is connected to Simple Slavery. Its an outcome from that mod.

Ohh! Gotcha, I remember that. I suppose I'll deal with that for now, while I try to see if I can adjust the world level edits or anything that might fix SLKR.
