A problem with transparency in HR2

I'm trying to make a Pool map for heroine rumble 2, but I'm finding myself on a complicated situation, the game doesnt accept transparency of any kind, is there any way I can change it ? any resourse I'm not using properly ?

a stage... with a pool near it... I dont think we will have a mud match stage or a oil wrestling stage, so a pool area could be cool, I tried for a while, but in the end... well... the water was invisible or simply solid black, so I gave up the ideia.
