New Fallout 4 setup, crashing randomly

So I recently downloaded Fallout 4 and used the downgrader. I installed the mods in the AAF Manual thread and everything seemed to be working well, however when I exit the vault and head to Sanctuary the game randomly crashes. I get this message in the crash log:

 

Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF79E9DE8EA Fallout4.exe+068E8EA

 

Any idea what this means and how do I fix it?

Did you choose the "Weapons Debris" checkbox in the advanced graphics menu?

Mod order might be more help.

 

Other wise you have two choices, tbh. Firstly, remove one mod at a time to find which mod is causing the problem, reload a new game, (have a clean save at the vault exit and see what happens) - pay particular attention to anything you added to the install you followed.

 

Or 2, burn it all down, install wabbajack, and allow for an automated installation of all mods - there is a NSFW list called wasteland of depravity that is pretty good, or install a basic mod list (just essentials), and then install the AAF list on top.
