tacobandit Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 I am having a strange issue with this CBBE Skimpy Armor Replacer Mod. I will try to explain best I can and I have included some example images (On Imgur) from body slide using presets from this mod. On the preset I use, almost all the slides are between 0 - 100%, and the ones that are negative or go over is not where the clipping is occurring. I have been a longtime subscriber to this mod, but this week was the first time I had updated in years. However, there is an issue that exist in the 3BA body-slide of this new version that was not present in the original version: I am having major clipping issues. The outfits themselves seem to morph to fit the body, but the body itself is not changing. This issue is only present in this new version of the mod, and is not present in other armor replacers. I make some comparisons to Lazman's replacer, and the Spice-Gear Collection in the image set. I then used a really dramatic and large preset and then a flat-chested one to show you what I mean. Basically, all the outfits seem to have a static body that the outfits keep clipping into when the sliders change. So suppose you use a preset with really large breast, well the outfits will change to adjust that but the actual breast on the player model won't change from the default (Which I think might just be CBBE Curvy, it's hard to tell). This issue is not present in other outfits in body slide. Is there a work around for this? Is it a bug? Did I do something wrong? I am kind of hoping it is just an issue with the body reference used in Outfit Studio or something. Like maybe I could replace the 3BA body and then just refit the outfits? I have no clue though, I am only a little bit experienced with using Outfit Studio from years of just modding Skyrim. Any insight is appreciated.
Kastagir Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 Wrong forum. 3BA and the body presets mod you link to are SE/AE-exclusive mods. Your imgur album indicates it is SkyrimSE. This forum is for Skyrim/LE. I suggest you ask a moderator to move your thread to the proper technical support forum for you game version: https://www.loverslab.com/forum/73-technical-support-skyrim-special-edition/ You're far more likely to get assistance there.

Whoops, you're right. I hadn't realized. I will get a moderator to move it if possible.
traison Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 (edited) This is what I used to see when I messed up an armor conversion. Need to redo sliders in Outfit Studio. Probably should check weightpainting as well while you're at it. Edit: Also if the body is marked as a reference when saving, that for some reason tends to cause that "outfit is morphing but the body is static" -issue. Edited May 28, 2024 by traison

Weight painting was fine, but you were right in thinking it was an issue with the sliders. I had to re-delete the 3BA reference in outfit studio and re-add it in. That solved the issue. That's going to be a bit tedious to do for every single outfit included in the replacer, but it's better than having to re-do all the weight paintings or something. Edited May 29, 2024 by tacobandit
