Are these the texts? 19310 animations for 104 mods successfully included (character) ChAnims: 19310 CTD:130.5% pOpt:32.7% max: 14799 LC: 34136 (max. 26162) >>Warning: Too many custom animations. Your Skyrim is likely to crash (CTD, crash to desktop)<< You can increase your animation number DRASTICALLY with these tools: Animation Limit Crash Fix (Skyrim SE and LE), SSE Engine Fixes (Skyrim SE only) Since FNIS cannot know if such mod is installed, it will still warn you at the original limit. But when such tool is used, load calculation can be switched off (FNIS.ini: "LoadCTDCalculation=0") 6585 animations for 26 mods and 44 creatures successfully included. 1 Warning(s). fnis.txt
MadMansGun Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 (edited) it could be that you have LE animations installed into SE/AE, turn on the hkx file compatibly check in fnis to make sure that you don't. and Quote Reading P1FlyingRing V?.? ... ChAnims:39 CTD:0.2% pOpt:0.0% NOTE: P1FlyingRing uses outdated behavior file (may invalidate CTD Load calculation) this may or may not be a problem, so again turn on the hkx file compatibly check also you have a lot of animations installed, you should maybe remove some if possible. You are right, I also have 32000+ animations on nemesis, so how can I quickly find those old LE animation packs?

Also, turning on hkx file compatibly check doesn't work. I've tried it several times. Now my console will have these message when playing the scene. Just like:Thread[0]-HookAnimationPrepare()-Skipping[x]:None or Thread[0]-HookStageStart()-Skipping[x]:None Edited May 28, 2024 by 4818843

OK, I found the problem, it was SLSO. I turned it off and it worked fine.
