Careers to spice up gameplay

Looking for careers to add to my game, found some on modthesims and other websites but all were outdated. Basically some careers to add without having to buy all the packs that they come with, rabbit hole is fine just need new job titles to add. Preferred careers like teacher, educator, librarian, driver, archeologist anything really just need working careers not outdated mods.

I had an idea for a simple, active, maid career with "optional" prostitution mechanics (basically some of the customers will hang around and flirt with your sim and try to convince them to sleep with them, then offer payment afterwards, and it's up to the user to accept of decline), the career was intended to front as a maid career but management demands a cut of any "tips", that sort of thing.

 

Sadly, I lack the skill or knowledge for something like that. On the other hand I know there is built-in strip club businesses in Wicked Whims. There is also Wicked Perversions, which adds a lot to the game but also allows you to whore out sims, and there is another one, the name of which escapes me at the moment, I often get the acronym confused with AEP though, but that mod author created and escort career as well as a prostitution career, and porn career, I feel like it's not very fleshed out though. There is also a live Honey Trapper career mod, which I have not really tried yet, so I can't give comment on that.
