Weird sharp neck dip

My character has a sharp neck and it is strangely sunken in,
I'm using True Wastland Body, however, I've swapped to CBBE, and still experience the same issue,
I'm using Realistic Facial Proportions mod, which I've turned off before and still experience the same issue.
I've loaded the head and body in Outfit Studio, and I can very much see the seam.
Anyone know how to fix?

Simply the face and body textures don't match, so see if the body texture mod has matching head textures, or find a skin texture mod that comes with it's own head textures.
