It seems some of the characters id/hex has changed again for the update, You may get some issues with some mods, until there is a fix.

Spectrum said on discord that WWMI itself shouldn't require any changes.

Character models are up in the air though, we'll have to wait until servers are up. I expect broken skins like in 1.2, but hopefully not too many.

Yep! I was just going to say the same thing, it seems that the update didn't do much damage to the game.

works for some but not all jianxin still has a slight issue and yinlin didnt work and not yangyang either

Where do you guys take the new hashes? half of my characters are broken and the 1.3 fix only fixed Yinlin so i want to fix it manually
