I've been using that mod for a while for my loading screens, but it had some resolution issues (such as pictures not fitting the screen). I fixed it and replaced the pictures with higher quality ones. There are 38 pictures in total. If you're using this mod and it bothered you as well, you can download this version to fix the issue.

Unplug and try uninstalling your controllers/dongles via Control Panel and/or Device Manager, then reconnect. Could also try a different port. And if you're using a hub, try switching that to a different port or removing it altogether. Could be any number of things.


 

Also, for VPN usage with arca.live and so on, try Australia instead. Seems to work for me every time.

The Pack is basically finished. Well... set up at least. It only has 6 rotations for all UI as of now being Zani, Changli, Camellya, Shorekeeper, Cantarella, and Yinlin . I could add more like 1 for every chr, same as the team UI. But that would most definitely take a while. I've also thought of adding loading screens. The mod should work for most resolutions, I only tested 1440 and 1080 though. I wanted to add more UI like the new game mode screens but im pretty sure they change hashes weekly and i thought it would be a hassle to keep changing it.

The only region that works for me is Huanglong. The other regions show regular loading screens. I'm on 1440p if that changes anything.

 

EDIT: Changing the game to 1080p makes it work. Is there a way to fix this to work for 1440p as well?

ah.... makes perfect sense. I honestly forgot games can be played outside of computers sometimes (besides things like ps/xb/switch) and that some people use tv's as monitors
