I finaly did it I managed to find the stockings texture from the mysterious pictures a few months ago. Here is the final edit feel free to use it. Tell me if you want a different hair or you can just take the hair folder from any other mod and replace the existing one.

Be warned that uit breaks during some Cutscenes or events, there is a fix, its due to the character having more than a few models for some reason, or at least thats what the modder said.
