Need More testing....

these are the Characters that have functioning mods for the WWMI Tool, Any mods that dont load or fail to render correctly, i wont put here. cannot test everything due to having a AMD and don't really have time to test everything anyways, sorry... If you have a AMD and found a mod that works, please reply to this, thanks.

Baizhi: cant get the mods to work so at the moment.

Changli: dont have the character though, there isn't any mods for her except one that does small edits. https://gamebanana.com/mods/525934

Chixia: She Does not have any mods unless replacing her counts, cannot get them to work however.

encore: Only found a mod that edits out the her dress. https://gamebanana.com/mods/526190

jianx: Found a Swimsuit for her, no other mods works however. https://gamebanana.com/mods/525500

Jinhsi: She has some mods, could not test them all, she has a fully nude model though. https://gamebanana.com/mods/525181

Rover: The main character has a few, mostly little edits and a underwaer. https://gamebanana.com/mods/524275, does have a Nude model on this Forum, can find a few pages back.

Sanhue: she has a few mods, the mods I tested however would not work.

Taoqi: didn't test any of her mods as dont have the character.

Verina: the only one I found and tested are small edits that remove the skirt thing on her https://gamebanana.com/mods/524295

Yangyang: Not tested any of the new ones but she does have a nude model, that works. https://gamebanana.com/mods/525280

Yinlin: dont have this character so cant test everything but the half nude mod that does work. https://gamebanana.com/mods/526323

Will test more mods when i have the time, most mods refuse to work with WWMI or the AMD, so that also makes it hard to find functioning mods but i hope this helps, If i remember, i will add too this later as more functional and compactible mods gets added.

Is there a way to access arca.live myself? because apparently there are a lot of mods just hidden from view and I can't make an account because i live in the US? is there another place that has the same mods or do I just have to hope people keep sending links here? Arca seems to have much better mods than gamebanana.

So with wuthering waves modding, there are two modified 3dmigoto engines. There's MMT (Migoto Mod Tool) and WWMI (Wuthering Waves Model Importer, which has more developer/modder support. The reason why so many early wuwa mods do not function as of now is incompatibility of game version and mod engine. Early wuwa modding started with MMT engine which was a barely functional one at best and why you see a lot of model problems in the beginning. The developer for that was separate from the Genshin mod developers that would make WWMI, a better way to use and make mods. With the game's version 1.1, WWMI and MMT had to be rewritten as Kuro Games redid how models worked in the game. So now what engine to use now since they have been updated for 1.1? It is recommended to use WWMI since there is backwards compatibility with MMT mods using any of the .ini files I will attach here (if one does not work try the other). Just drop one of these into your mods folder and you are good (I recommend "ReferencesWW1.1.ini"). I hope that clears up the whole situation with wuwa modding and small drama.  NewReferencesWW1.1-Custom.iniNewReferencesWW1.1.iniReferencesWW1.1.ini

Do these make older mods compatible with AMD drivers or nah? I assume they make 1.0 mods compatible with 1.1, but 1.0 MMT mods only worked for Nvidia cards back then.

Edit: Just tested them all and none of them work for me, character is still invisible. The NewReferencesWW1.1-Custom.ini almost worked, but it just turns my Encore into a vertex explosion.

Nah, unless the authors updated them for 1.1 and AMD (where MMT became usable for some people's AMD GPU's once updated). All 1.0 mods regardless of which engine it worked for had to be redone from the ground up. TLDR: These ini files make 1.1 mods regardless of engine, work with together while using wwmi and it's backward compatibility with mmt.

Edit: this is for nvidia cards atm I think
