You can try xxmm, it's posted in the zzz section of gamebanana, but it works for other games as well.

The difference between applying it to zzz is that you need to change the name of the game process from zenlesszonezero.exe to Client-Win64-Shipping.exe in the in-game refresh settings.   

It's still in development, but it's very powerful now.

This is the mod: Portraits V2 1.3.zip

You can download a mod that already has those portraits and see its hash and add it to your .ini or I'll give you mine that has all of them except I think frover that I use mrover, If you want to replace them, just change the name of the image you want with the name of the character as the other images are and that's it, like yinlin.png, they are .png not .dds

most modders cant fully test her at the moment, You can play as her in the story but they need more then just some missions to test certain things, plus she might be considered 'too small' for alot of people so not every modder will make something for her lol

here is my mod has all the female resonators, and shouldnt be as saturated, reason its so saturated is because its a png instead of dds file, so you have to desaturate them using online site or program, but because its a dds you cant replace as easily you have to convert the image to dds.

Is there a guide on how to fix/add Carlotta mods NPC versions ? I'd like to use Freejelly's mod but it lacks the NPC version so it is bugged for the cutscenes etc and a fix tool doesn't seem to be on the horizon.

Idk how to edit the mod to include more characters but I do have a version of it that includes everyone up to Carlotta (except for some of the lolis) if you want that. You can change the pictures in it pretty easily.

Seeing that just by knowing the hash of the character, and having an image file and linking it to that hash in the .ini, I need to figure out a way to create the images I want in png format. Any ideas?
