Transparent but prominent plumbob overhead

I don't know how to make the plumb  "transparent" which is what Google translates to me (I'm not sure if that's what you're asking for)

I use "Hideheadlineeffects on" in the cheat console which makes the plumb  disappear and those inconvenient "Thnking balloons".  that always appear at the most inconvenient moments
