Problems with AAF

No options show up in the menu at all. I installed the newest version from the discord. I don't know if its the new update or what.

AAF is not currently compatible with the latest update but they are working on a new version. It could be a few weeks before it's ready though. Join their discord for updates.

Then how do i downgrade the game effectively? I get a crash message when i installed a previous version of mod configuration menu and F4SE.

I never allowed the game to update in the first place, Bugthesda have a history of shit updates

I downgraded the game and installed the version of MCM and F4SE before the update. Got an error message instead.

It's not very complicated. You just need to follow steps from this manual.
