SOS Outdated

I've been updated some of my mods for Skyrim and so far it was going well until i try playing the game, and this message always comes up. 

I tried Installing almost every version of SOS even checked the version requirements and so far no problems in that 'department.' its just the DLL being old or whatever. can anyone please offer some explanation to help with this problem?

Don't know about skyrim LE but considering that you might be playing AE version you must get newer Dll. from here. İf you are on steam version you ll want 1170 unless you know what you are doing.
