Unless the mod author says to place the mod in a specific place I think you will be ok with letting BOSS sort them out. I got a new PC about a month ago and have played for about 60hrs with very few issues the only mod I felt  needed to be hand sorted was SexLab Defeat I put t just above my bashed patch it seemed to be more reliable that way but its probably just in my head.

Yeah there is an official loadorded, its called masterlist and its revised everytime you run BOSS.
