No physics and deformation on reference body of edited outfit

First time try to edit an outfit for FO4 rather than Skyrim. 

I am attempting to edit a gunner underarmor from https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/43686. It's a pair of pants and tanktop, where I am trying to remove the tanktop. I removed the tanktop parts in Outfit Studio. I removed the original body. I imported the body Im using from the animated fannies mod as a reference. Adjust the pants to fit the new body. Export the nif including reference. Fire up the game and put on the outfit. Breasts have no physics and are smooshed and deformed. 

Not sure what I did wrong as this method has worked in my Skyrim setup.
