Is there a mod or something that can fix the clipping?

So I'd like to know if there's a way to get the PC and NPC's to accurately hold the boobs/ass of the characters. And was hoping there's a mod or plugin that can address this. Anyone know of a way to fix this?

Not for gameplay. Probably way too complicated to make I wager. But for screenarchery there is Niopa
