Classic Ghouls Redux nude

Has anyone or can anyone make the Classic Ghouls Redux have nudity and make it work with body mods like cbbe and body talk so it can you know show the bits or if someone knows how to replace the textures to use a different ghoul skin like Ghouls Revamped so it can have nudity i love the mod dynamic ghoulification but hate that it has to be PG for your skin falling off
