no still no dialogue, i edited the main post with my mod list.

If you have defeat installed, it's probably the blockdialoguefaction.

Now you got several options.

Console (needs extended console), check the factions of the npc and if needed, removefac , "this blocking faction."

Use the spell mentioned

Use the debug mace (a mod of mine) and select revive when activate the npc.

Use dwarven bone, similar to above one, but knockout and surrender depency.
