Missinf Soundcommand.dll

you have probably read this from others and iam sorry for that, but i have tried everything, archive thingy, everything..whats worse is it says read the readme when there isnt one xD

 

 

so yeah, i have put everything where it is suppose to go, the plugins folder of obse, got the lastest version of it, done the archive invalidation, yet everytime i start a new game i get the same error.

 

BTW i do have the soundcommands.dll file but the game isnt reading it?

Yep, i have the soundcommand dll and as far as iam aware its in the right place [obse>plugins] yet the game doesnt wanna read it.
