Archive Invalidation not seeming to work

As the title says I can't seem to get the Archive Invalidation to work for vortex. I'v tried to use it with FOMM but i kept getting error's that my JIP LN version was out of date and tried to install several version of it to no avail, and read that FOMM is heavily outdated for modding New vegas. Havn't downloaded any Sexout mods as of yet as i want to make sure that this is working first

These are the body mods im using and i get odd textures with them and they have a black texture on the chest for the male body and black around the pelvis for woman
Roberts Male Body FNV
Type 6 Modification Body NV

I've tried to use this mod as well, but it didnt seem to work either 
Fallout New Vegas ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated

Any help would be appreciated
