I've been trying some stuff with this, but one of the functions isn't playing nicely code-wise with any other language than english, so it's in the works, but may take longer than I'd hope to implement. Thanks for the translation, and sorry for the delay that it'll likely have.

Some artists are interested in both futa and male versions, but that's for later down the line, the priority is to focus on straight stuff for now, and just flesh out the game with art.

Love this mod! I can see its got a lot of cards still needing stuff but its pretty great as is. The one thing I'd eventually like to see is the number cards turned sexy, so every card in the base deck can be sexy. Not sure how'd that'd work but maybe changing the symbols? From hearts to vaginas, spades to cocks, clovers to boobs, and diamonds to assholes? Or maybe just a number on the hat/clothing of a sexy girl? They could also be doing something with a number. like leaning or doing sexy things to a giant number? 

 

My best idea would be having a girl being assaulted by different amounts of stuff in different positions. Like 1 dildo, 2 dildos, etc.... the different suits could change the item like , tentacles for diamonds, floating cocks for hearts, oddly shaped dildos for clovers, and something else for spades.....

I've mentioned ideas like this a few times, the general consensus though is that these edits would feel too intrusive, and none of the artists really wanted to do that, along with the effect it'd be 10 more new positions to draw with an already rather large list of stuff to get done.

 

If you can find or commission an artist to do this kind of thing, I can either bring them in or just put the art in, but I wouldn't hold out hope for a full suit revamp otherwise.

Thanks for these! I appreciate having someone making some updates of some kind. It seems the original artist that started this thread hasn't had any updates since June. These will be great to help hold us over until they return with updates. I  liked your earlier posts too.

Hi, I just wanna say that I love this mod. And there's something I find very funny in the resource files. Would you consider making Blue print joker into Voyeurism/Masturbation? I know it might not fit the joker's ability but I thought it'd be a fun idea.

Hey I was inspired by your edits and did a bunch of my own. Literally spent all day doing it. I still plan on adding to it and improving it, I used a few of your designs directly, or I modified them so that I thought they looked nicer to me. Anyone who wants feel free to give this a try.

That's fair. I was just posting the file I was actively working on. I noticed that Hologram Joker definitely isn't displaying the way I would have anticipated. I'm going to have to play around with it and see if I can figure that one out. I also noticed moments before posting it that the Burnt Joker outline has a tail that I completely missed. I'll add that in an update. I think I may end up replacing the Ai versions in an update later this week.

 

I figured as long as I wasn't reuploading the entirety of the mod somewhere with the altered ai images that it was probably fine. But truthfully I preferred your second versions that you recolored/did on your own better because they matched the overall look better.

Your Even Steven (red) and Odd Todd (blue) jokers look very similar to the ones I did too. I think both your versions and mine are both lovely. I absolutely adore your Space Joker. You finished up the concept sketch beautifully. Do you think you may take the time to finish up any of the other concept sketches like the Medusa (Marble) joker or maybe Acrobat? I gave coloring in the Burnt Joker a try on mine. I didn't quite finish doing it yet but I made quite a bit of progress. Totally missed the tail on her though with the version I posted. I'd love to see what you managed to do with any other Jokers especially the concept sketch ones. Feel free to use my attempt at the Burnt Joker as a base if ya like. I really like how clean and pixel-y yours look. They really maintain the feel well.

We have currently 4 artists, Dorian has taken a step back for now, but, the rest of us are doing it as hobbies when time allows. If you're willing to pay commission prices to one of the artists, I can bring it up to them, and they'll likely be able to devote more time to it if they're paid.

 

Mr. Oddman did the consumables and is currently working on polishing the new Deck Skins, PaperMoonQueen did Midas Mask and Showman, and Flamigiri did the deck skins. If you're interested in the art styles of one of the three, I can bring you to their attention.

Okay so I probably shouldn't have stayed up for 7 hours until 6am doing this one but I wanted to have a good baseball joker. The previous one I posted used art from someone else (FilthySkull aka @SkullFilth on Twitter) I used their art as a place holder because I wanted something cool there but didn't want to take the time to draw something unique at that moment in time.

 

But I now give you my own attempt at doing a Baseball Card Joker on my own. I made two versions one with the Harlot text and one without. I thought about doing the signature but I just didn't like how it looked after moving the little icon that was on the original card to the bottom. I tried to keep it relatively similar to the existing cards but a little more unique too because the baseball card in of itself is much more unique in appearance originally. I hope ya'll like it.

Huh how interesting that the original joker is missing it to. Makes me wonder if it was on purpose to give him an "odd" number of bobbles, in a similar way to how I was thinking of using the number of fingers. Learned something new. I colored the eye make up on my versions for the same reason of attempting to mimic the original joker art. Kinda fun how we all interpret things differently.

Is there a way in the config, or maybe editing files, to keep the Hand Type names as original (Flush, Two Pair etc) but leave the rest as is? Couldn't quite figure it out

Yeah, that'd probably be the Hand Names setting, unless I or Steamodded somehow broke it.

HO-LY SHIT! I'm absolutely in love with all of them. You did such a wonderful job with them. I just spent the last 30 minutes gushing to my wife about how much I loved the art and the level of detail you added them. We pulled up the sketches/ concept art side by side and compared them and I really love the careful attention to detail that you gave it. Great job taking some of the unfinished sketches and adding so much extra detail. The acrobat went from barely there to "official" (I mean these all look "official" as in they match the original style so well that I had to go check that you weren't one of the artists mentioned by name on the mod page itself) and I was just blown away. Clearly you're quite the talented artist! Thanks so much for taking the time to do these! 

I especially love how well you captured the lighting details for shadows on them all. It's all so consistent. But I think you're business card captured it the best. I totally could tell that the lighting was coming from that top right and that's just not there at all in the sketch. Maybe my excitement seems overblown, but I just don't think I could have done anywhere near this level of quality of work on my own. 

 

If I may provide one thought on a potential improvement (after all you went back to Space Joker to add facepaint) it would be that I feel like Burnt Joker's foot doesn't quite look like a hoof as much to me. I feel like the original sketch had a bit more hoof likeness to it, something that I tried to do in mine. I'll maybe try making the edit myself eventually if you don't. Thanks for all these wonderful pieces of art and for the permission to use and edit them.
