Since those payware sites are really closed communities, they're not willing to allow anyone to distribute their stuff, and they choose who should be included in their, uhm, "community".

I really2 love Resident Evil 6 so much... But he's so strick about his Mod. And i'm not blame him because there's lot of plagism that stealing mods ..
