Mannequin's Shenanigans

I'm finishing up decorating Lakeview Manor when I noticed the mannequins distorting. 

 

 

Going outdoors then reentering will fix it, but if I leave again and return, another mannequin will end up looking like modern art.  The only Hearthfires related mods I'm using are Shezrie's Hearthfire Kitchens, General Stores, and GS mods for Lakeview Manor.  I never had issues with these mods before.

 

I can only guess it's something to do with CoT because the last time I installed CoT, my Elin's tail would stretch to infinity.  I reinstalled it and edited "WaitBusyRenderer" to "true" in ENBlocal.ini and that seems to fix the stretching tails.  The mannequins I'm not sure if it's related.

 

Can anyone shed some light on the matter?  Thanks in advance.
