Has anyone used the People Have Torches mod?

People on the Nexus make it seem like it's very buggy, and I haven't really played long enough to put it to a test. I'm just wondering if anyone would recommend using it for a permanent playthrough.

I wouldn't do it.

 

It saying it leaves perm effects on your save, and people even talking about it being buggy is a red enough flag, imo.

 

There's a few of other dangerous mods like that, all it needs is one conflict with something you want more that could easily be released or updated while you're playing the current character.
