Could someone make WalMart for Skyrim SE

What I mean by that is a small stone/wood hut with proprietor preferably more than one location that sells the items in your add item menu. Clothing, weapons, items you have installed in your game through various mods. 

I am using YPS immersive fashion and my player keeps talking about shopping for this, that and the other.

I thought it would be cool to have a store to go to that reads what you have installed and would sell it to you instead of crafting or add item menu. 

That being said, I have not seen anything like this, if there is just let me know please, and I have no idea how the mod making works or if this is possible. I don't know if there is a way to read these files to do what I am suggesting.

It would be more immersive to have to pay for the items with gold, shiny clinky gold, as Cicero says.

I will look up container item dist, had not heard of that one.
