Asesino
Hi, I seem to have an error where certain NPCs will always give the same error message ("I was not ready." or something like that.) no matter what they are doing. I know that you sometimes get that error when they are busy sitting/on a horse/etc., but certain NPCs will always say it. I'm not entirely sure on how to fix it since everyone else seems to be working just fine, but I figured that I could ask if anyone else knows about this glitch/how to fix it. I don't think that there (should) be a problem with my load order, but you never know. I'll post it in here if someone thinks that we need it (I would right now, but I actually am reinstalling it right now, so... I kind of can't). All I can say for now until it is reinstalled and I can give you my proper load order is that I don't use pretty much any of the Lovers mod except the base one and the Extender, if that helps. Thanks for any help in advance and I'll get my load order to you as soon as I can. Link to comment
gregathit
Unfortunately without seeing your load order there isn't much we can do other than make random guesses. Typically this type of thing can come from a bad load order or you having mods that conflict with lovers. Another mistake folks sometimes make is to build a bashed patch with lovers esm\esp files enabled. This will royally screw things up. Link to comment
Jadadea
[snip /] Another mistake folks sometimes make is to build a bashed patch with lovers esm\esp files enabled. This will royally screw things up. Is there a list of plugins that should not be included in bash patch? Link to comment
Guest ThatOne
A list? Not that I know, but I can say that no Lovers plugins should be merged into your bashed patch. Link to comment
Jadadea
Merci that may help me a lot Link to comment
Slammer64
Another thing too about not ready NPC's is that if they have a behavior package already running, that will interfere too. Like NPC's in combat, talking to another NPC in a scripted event, etc. Link to comment
drattus
As others have mentioned it could be as simple as a script or package has them wrapped too tightly, if that's the case you'll have to either edit the script or find some other way around it. But... There's another possibility that I haven't seen mentioned. Have they always been broken or did they work at one time? If they did work then stopped you might be able to fix it with the lovers setting commands. At the bottom of the list there's an option "fix bugs" which will allow you to reset animation and flags for any nearby NPC. I don't know why but occasionally at the end of sex every flag or item that should be removed isn't removed and that leaves the lovers system thinking that the NPC is already involved in an act so it won't start another. Give it a shot, can't hurt. Link to comment
smoking
That mistake what I had. And it was produced by lovers slaves trader. Post announcing 235 error and 238 post announcing the conflict http://www.loverslab.com/topic/21241-lapf/page-12 Questions, has ordered a slave to sell pussy in a tavern? Sometimes, when you ask an NPC who sits this error arises. And will tell the slave is always busy. Link to comment
