We're building up a troubleshooting guide on our forums and it covers some issues like this - https://forum.thebrokenchatbox.com/d/20-palworld-sugar-cake-mod-install-guide-troubleshooting-thread - Ensure you have the Experimental Latest of UE4SS installed (It's required) and UniPalUI is updated. Newest SCake versions use the new UniPalUI feature to load the animations.
