Brawls trigger full batle after some hits

Any ideas of how to fix it?And I don't use weapons nor magic during it of course.

Stick this in and see if your brawls work. If not it's another mod breaking them and it probably not work the trouble to fix it.

Some of the mods your using may have a hidden "cloak" effect... Don't know a better way to describe it but this cause a magic effect to be placed on your opponent and thus they react as if you did cast magic. As for the fix Brawl Bugs Patch like cornbread said. It might be something else but not likely.
