help sexlab framework not installing

i used to play skyrim legendary edition moded, im trying now to play the special editon(on steam) and i installed a few mods but the only one not working seems to be sexlab, when i click to install it inside the game nothing happens and after a while the game bugs and my character starts walking in the site and i cant do anything, if i save and reload it says its a problem with SexLabUtil.dll and says it could be i got the wrong version but i cheked and its the SE version i dont know what to do.
ps: by the way im using the vortex mod manager

If you update game with Steam, you should have AE version not SE.

start here - if skyrim reports it is version 1.6.1170, and you are using skse v2.2.6, I've posted a screen shot with the versions of various utlities
