find Is there any mod that turns of crime for thanes indefinitely? Or gives me the ability to use the thane get out of jail free card without cooldown?

Basically it's a bit silly putting it middly that the guards would arrest me for murdering someone/enslaving someone/raping someone 

especially with mods like slaverun and aygas as a thane especially slaverun 

is downright silly given the mods lore and treatment of women/slaves 

 

So I'm asking is there a mod where ether the guards will never arrest me in the first place or let me use the thane dialogue without cooldown
