Sexy/Skimpy Hazmat suit or outfit

I'm using a couple of replacers for outfits, and all was going well until I found a hazmat suit and found it's a baggy, formless sack.

 

Obviously not very lore friendly but is there a sexy/skimpy replacement for the hazmat suit? Doesn't have to be the hazmat suit itself either, as long as it's clothing with the rad resistance I'd be happy.
