Gaps in legs when whearing stockings

I have an issue with the stockings of an outfit: the rest of the outfit works fine, but when i equip stockings some strange gaps appear in character legs:

 

 

 

I have tried to play around with outfit studio, but I am kinda noobish so no meaningful result was achieved, any help would be really appreciated, thanks 🙏

The most probable cause is the apparel has some transparency settings and covers slot 38 (calves) but has no underlying body part defined for that slot. Either remove slot 38 and shift it to something else or remove transparency.

tried to switch slot with SSEEdit with no luck, and i have no idea on how to remove transparencies 😥

 

I think that my issue could be caused by the outfit being creaetd for 3BA and me using a custom body based on CBBE with physics
