I figured it out! Before you edit your sim, ensure you open the cheat console (Ctrl+Shift+C) and it'll pop up in the top left. Type "testingcheats true" press enter, then type "cas.fulleditmode". Now add the penis mesh thru wicked whims, shift-click your character, and go to "edit in CAS".
 

Also to add the mesh through wicked whims, you...

1. Click on your sim
2. Click the "Wicked" button
3. Click Personalization 
4. Click Anatomy and Clothing
5. Click Body Selector
6. Click "Modify (sim's name)'s parts"
7. Choose "Hard PP" or whatever you want to add the mesh
8. Choose "Supernatural PP"

Oh, I think I have a mod that keeps the cas edits always on... now it explains why it was not working I guess.

I'm a newbie in The Sims 4

I think I have same problem to adjust.

I only install this slider Body overhaul slider project, and I uninstall all the male slider.

It still not show any mesh.

It only change the feet size, when I drag my penis and vertical position(I don't know why but that's it.).

Do you have my Penis meshes installed as well? You are able to morph the penis by dragging it with my penis meshes only. If you have them installed, you should find them in the CAS Underwear section and then you should be able to use the slider.

 

UPDATE: i tried the sliders you were talking about and yea there is definitely a conflict. My slider is not compatible with those sliders.

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me figure out whats wrong. I've followed your steps and even looked at other comments to help me. But I still can't see the mesh and it doesn't change my sims pp. It only shows up in CAS. But not in the WW settings to change it

Hello, so I downloaded this mod, and when i try to use it. I edit the character, then when I remove the pants there are no options for the hard pp like the instructions say. its just the default one and i am unable to adjust size. it just shows normal pants

Hi, have you downloaded also the penis meshes? when you edit your sim, to be able to edit also the penis by dragging on it you need to make the sim "wear" one of my penis mods, hard version. Before editing, make sure you activated the fulleditmode with cheats.

Would you consider making the slider compatible with feminine frame sims? I've got a lot of feminine male characters but the slider doesn't work with them. I'm less bothered by the penis mesh being male only because slapping it on them works fine and doesn't fuck with the rest of the body like most others.

I really love this slider, I use it on all my Big Top Sims! The only issue I have with it is the actual target is set on the feet, I have to slide the feet to make the penis longer and thicker, it doesn't work when I do it on the penis.

Is it with my penis meshes or others? because it's not supposed to work on other meshes as their UV maps is not the same

If the slider is on the feet, it means that the mesh does not support the slider fully: my meshes should be fine with grabbing the penis and activating the slider. It is indeed connected with the feet area. Also LAVAMANAMADE's meshes should support it, the base of their penis meshes is from mine.

 

If it doesn't work as it should, there might be some other slider conflicting, maybe.

Oh so I didn't mean to imply that your slider doesn't work, it does. All I meant by my original post is that I can only activate the slider by dragging the feet. It's not directly on the penis like you have in your how to videos. I was trying to help others with the same problem I had.

Compared to the default dick or a lot of others, this one makes the dick point upwards a bit more, making it clip weird with some oraljob animations and Khlas's big dick sucking practice animations. 

 

If anyone knows anything let me know

 

Like I said these are the best looking penis meshes I've seen so I wanna keep using them if possible.

Have you tried to see if you drag on the feet from the front position? instead of the profile of the sim? not sure about what slider you have so I don't know what you could do

Thank you for the appreciation. The position of the penis tip depends a lot on the type of mesh and also on the slider: I did my best in trying to avoid the tip to go too high while morphing the penis, and I admit that also my meshes don't help. I might have to focus on this issue and see what i can do.

I was trying this mod and it seems to work. Only problem I have is that it doesn't really change enough. You can either have a big dick or a huge one. I wanted to be able to go from a range of small to huge. But the smallest you can get it is like (just eyeballing) already a pornstar size cock, like 7 inches or something, which I find a bit ridiculous. I was hoping to pair it with BDP or KMI where you have big dick / small dick traits, but with this mod you simply cannot make a small or even avg size dong lol. Even the limp size is way above average at the smallest. The default whickedwhims dick is WAY smaller as well, and that's already above avg.
