Garret76 Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013 Was wondering if anyone uses Max2012 for oblivion cause when I altered a mesh for oblivion I got Skyrim nodes, then when I tried to change it, gives message you have 0000,0008 an need 0000,0007 would this be scripts? oblivion skeleton imports fine an body part asignments are there, Im new to the whole thing so any help would be great. kingkong Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 i am not using at all 3dsmax i use blender and in blender when you export you have a choise of games to check oblivion or fallout or a dosen different games you might have the same in 3dsmax where you need to choose to what kind of game you want to export to and check the right options. Try these export options: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/images/c/ca/Animations_skyrim_7.png Uncheck "skeleton only" and chose "nif without animation", should get the job done. Also, do you have the correct version of the nif tools? Link to comment

Garret76 Posted November 28, 2013 Author Share Posted November 28, 2013 I thank you all for your suggestion and help , I used the Nightasy tutorial to get set up an it works for Skyrim an picked all options for other games , Oblivion ,FO3 , and FONV might be a folly on my part , Im very new to mesh an texture so maybe missing a step, thank you all again.
