I want to edit an existing career mod

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, but I wanted to edit a custom career and would like to know the best, or more specifically, the easiest tool(s) to use. I know you can tweak things with Sims 4 Studio, but I was hoping there was another tool that could be used for that, something that functions more like TS4 Mod Constructor.
