Base game: So there exists coffee bags and the TT (TranquiliTea ) bags and the Bulk TT canisters that say they can be used in crafting but never came across a quest where you can unlock the recipe to make it? Did I miss it?

More booze: replace "empty beer bottle" with random alcohol drink

Better Tea and Coffee: gives speed Boost and insomnia (Except easy sleep one. That will double your Well rested / emotional secure bonus )

Better sleep: well rested/ emotional secure bonus lasts 4 local hours. Cannot sleep again until bonus expires. Force (you can sleep) max 8 hours local time. Option for a rest heal that would be 1 hr. Option to randomize how much time you sleep?
