Captive tattoos

so i installed captive tattoos and tattoos after rape but when im in character creator i cant use the facial tattoos, they appear as "slave tattoo" under the extras part and i can click through them but they dont actually appear on my characters face, the body tattoos all appear normally, its only the face tattoos that arent visible. Please help

Do you use HiPoly Faces by any chance?

I'm new here and apparently not good at figuring stuff out. 

I've installed Captive Tattoos, and have the issue mentioned here where it works on the body, but not the face. I don't know where to get this configuration screen though? 

I added the mod in Vortex using "install from file", but I don't see this configuration wizard, what am I missing?
