DarkBasement Posted March 28, 2024 Posted March 28, 2024 I downloaded the new version and had the dark face bug, I installed the fix for that and I dont have it anymore, but the appearance of the NPCs stays as the generic look that was there to begin with. Every version ive downloaded has the same results.

Make sure to install it after the original mod (Baka populated skyrim) Check your plugins as well.

I had the load order right but I uninstalled, did a manual install, moved the esp just below the other one, even tried despawning and then respawning the npcs using the mcm, but they still have the same generic looks

I had a similar result when I was first testing this mod, what I did was to uninstall both mods, reinstall populated skyrim first, then install this mod after. (Also, if you're using Skyrim LE then that might be the problem because I haven't tested this mod in LE.) If it still doesn't work please provide a screenshot so that I can try my best to help you.

If you could show me your mod lists and version of skyrim you're using, I could try to replicate your problem and see what's causing it.

I had originally used NMM to get the load order but it was incredibly cluttered and didnt look right on this site. Im still having the same issues

However, I might have some ideas: Do you have Backported Extended ESL Support? If not then download it. Have you tried creating a new game? Your current save file might not be loading the mod properly so I recommend that you test it on a new game. Do you have any mods that might be conflicting with my mod or the Populated Skyrim? If so, then that might be the reason.
