BBDannyR Posted March 10, 2024 Posted March 10, 2024 I downloaded the DOA Races mod here: DOA Races(Ayane, Kasumi, Mai, Hitomi, Nyotengu, Momiji) Then I encountered this bug. I read some posts in the thread and saw some fixes that either didn't work or I don't know how. After typing disable in the console after typing and entering setrace humanrace, the NPC disappears completely. Not sure if I'm doing this right as this guy isn't replying anymore unfortunately. (Except it’s not designed to be player character, you probably need to create player body to prevent color mismatch) You could use only the included race mods, don’t really need to install FCOM etc. I think the NPC body is inside his FCOM plug-in though. I then downloaded the races mod from the link, I didn't install any FCOM related file and I still get the headless bug. I don't want the dismemberment so I also didn't install the CBBE Reduced. I don't understand what he meant by "the NPC body is inside his FCOM plug-in" as he also doesn't seem to reply anymore unfortunately (again). Does he mean I should install the FCOM or copy certain files from said FCOM mod? I don't know which files to get/overwrite and overwrite where? I also am not sure. I tried getting the texture and mesh files from there and overwrite it in Mai's DOA Race Mod folder to no avail, she's still headless after reloading a save/relaunching the game. I did manage to get the overlays/skin override working but it only loads the default skins and I get another face/head bug at times like this image below: And after tinkering I bit more with the files in the ASO folder, I end up getting CTDed at times. I tried using/installing the Unique Player and Follwers Mod and I can't get this to work, nothing shows up in the LooksMenu>Body>Skin menu. I tried following the insturctions in the site and I get CTDed as well. I'm at a complete loss now what to do because I can't get help from the thread, from Nexus and even in some vids in YouTube. Please, I just want to have some DOA Followers that don't get beheaded every time I reload my save/relaunch my game.
