Skyrim cannot Launch via SKSE

Hi Its been a while since ive been in Skyrim and LL

When trying to start the game with SKSE launcher get the Message that `'Sexlab Hide Elements .dll cant work with Windows or that the file is broken ....what? I havent been here for a long time so i havent been following about troubles with Windows, so if someone couldt enlighten me i would be gratefull
