I'm having the same issue with missing hair files. I am an amateur at this sort of thing, so forgive me for making some assumptions based on the structure of other follower mods.

 

Looking at the .esp in xEdit, all of the follower's hair headparts are referencing femaleredguardhair03 from the skyrim.bsa...which is bald.

 

 

 

When I look at the heads in Nifskope, they are all showing as bald. 

 

 

From what I can tell, basically none of the headparts reference the correct hair meshes. There are also no .tri files for the hairs, though I don't know if this matters. I did compare your work to that of another mod, which also has a pair of demon followers. And their .esp file has .tri files referenced. I downloaded the old 1.0 mod, and while I didn't look at the .esp file to see what the headparts looked like, the head meshes were at least building right in Nifskope. This is one of the 1.0a heads:

 

The other follower mod I'm using as a reference comparison is Astra&LilithBaal Succubus Followers. This is one of the hair headparts from that mod:

 

It has a .tri file as well (again, don't know if that matters. disregard if it doesn't). But it is referencing a .nif file within the mod. The Nifskope head for this follower:

 

My conclusion is that the head parts for the hairs just aren't built right. The hair meshes are there. The rest of the head parts are right. The NPC actor information is right. It's just that the head parts that assign each one their hair all point to the wrong hair file.

Is there a version with normal size boobs? (feel like I am the only one that want's boobs smaller than the head lol)

There’s a normal one waiting for you in a tavern. And she’s the only one I’m taking with me – she’s good with weapons too (I hate mages; they just hit my melee fighters and cause constant collateral damage)

For anyone wondering about the hairs. SMP hair can't be meshed together the normal way when making followers. They are made as part of the "body." Thus the hair options, or in this case the horn options "hair styles" you'll need *wigs* for hair to use them. Simply choose the horn style for your dragoborn, then add a wig.

Hello, Mr Rowdy, I was wondering if you could help me with this problem. This happens to all your followers, and I can't figure out the problem. i think it's a skin issue i am using BNP, but you don't have a BNP option for your skin. If you could help me out, I would appreciate it a lot

What the?! Wow that's a new one. Which version of BNP skin are you using? All maidens use CBBE

Hello Mr Rowdy, thank you for replying so quickly. I am using version 2.0 of BNP. I would apperaicate it if you could help but if not, I totally understand
