CBBE conversion, HDT-SMP removal

Hello, I found these beautiful outfits but they don't work perfectly, can someone help me convert them?
First, DOAXVV Stella Pisces by @GarudaB1 & JackH. This mod is made for LE version with UNNP body, converting to SE seems simple however it doesn't fit CBBE body please help me convert it.
Second, another great outfit, [BAKU]DOAXVV Jours d'amour 3BA, this mod requires HDT-SMP, is there a way to remove physics? If possible, please help me do it. My device is not configured enough to work with HDT-SMP.

Try this if it will work to you...

The only issue will be clipping of the skirt at the very bottom because we removed the physics.
