Permissions, permissions, permissions, you would need the permission of every author of mods you wanted to include, and then you would have to keep it updated as new versions are provided, the permissions side you might be able to get, though I would not hold my breath about it, the keeping it updated and working side, would be a major investment in time and effort, though if you want go ahead and try it do so. 

 

The nearest thing around is the various wabbajack packs for Skyrim and Fallout, though chances are non of them will be quite what you want.

I  would like to keep it updated yes bit with the mods & stuff i would like to know more on how to install these mods

You would probably want to look through two separate topics back in the main Skyrim Special Edition forum.  One is the SE Compatability Post, the other is Skyrim AE for Beginners post.  I think those two would help the most with figuring out which mods are compatible with the current build and how to build a relatively error free modlist.

also, this is highly customized skyrim. There are default installations/collections on Nexus, even for adult versions. However, even the span of bikini to practical armors, let alone a person's gender, and sexuality, mean that the what one of us has installed may not be to the taste of another.

so a version which is unusual. Most will either be on Skyrim Limited Edition, or Special edition 1.5.97, or in the process of something from the last few months (1.6.640/1130/1170). 1.6.318 is not a popular version - Nexus has 100s to 1000s of collections prebuilt for more common versions, and only 19 for 1.6.318.

If you chose to remain on 1.6.318, this is almost doomed to failure. You will need to be careful on which version of mods you install. If you install the latest version of mods, things are likely to break. As 1.6.318 was released end of 2021, and 1.6.353 was released Jan 2022, any mod you install, you need to look for a very specific version of the files published Jan 2022, and checking the release notes for each mod in case it's someone was still working with 1.5.97. Especially if the mod requires SKSE, Address Library, Papyrus, which will also need to be very specific versions.

FNIS, which does a lot of the animation integration, will also check whether your copy is a legal version.

Please go onto Steam or GOG and either upgrade to the latest version (1.6.1170) or something more popular (1.6.640 or 1.5.97).
