game keeps crashing

its been a while since i moded oblivion, i thought i knew what i was doing but the game just keeps crashing and i made sure i downloaded the recommended mods and made sure they were up to date here's the load order

What does loot say?

i used tool and it said this, a lil, but it crashes even if i use loot

The mod order is wrong.  I replied in your other query within PlayerSlaveEncounters (so I'm not repeating my content).  And as Fejeena would say...

Honestly, nothing does better in sorting than human ingenuity.  They can't handle the power and majesty of LAPF.
